The smart solar bench, Solio:01, is the first in the series of smart outdoor products for SmartCities soon to be launched on the markets. Using only solar energy, it is sustainable, clean and environmentally friendly.
Its modern shape, materials and functions in a classic design make the smart solar bench easy to place in urban surroundings. A local supply chain, short transport and the materials used are safe and secure to be used by the people on the street, squares, parks and other public places. The product is marked by Swedish CE-mark, environmentally friendly and safe to use.
In the near future, a quick development within the “family” of modern urban furniture into other products is likely, using the energy from the sun for products in public spaces and urban societies. Soon there will be chargers for electrical bicycles, garbage collectors and other various products. Further development of the smart solar bench’s future will be heating in the seat and other features adding more value and comfort.
