The Smart City Sweden head office is located in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm, one of the world’s most famous sustainable city developments. But there is a lot more to discover in different parts of Sweden. In our showrooms and here on our website, you can explore smart and sustainable city solutions from all over the country.
Government and grassroot collaboration
The Smart City Sweden initiative is funded partly by the Swedish Government through the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation and the Swedish Energy Agency, and partly by the industry and business promoting networks. It is managed by IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, in close collaboration with business promoting networks and organisations, as well as private companies.
